Interest Groups

A number of activities are available to help you meet other residents and enjoy life in Bridger Canyon.

Adopt-a-Highway
BCWC members maintain a 2 mile section of Bridger Canyon Road. Join a popular effort to clean up the road in early spring and fall.

Book Club
Whether you are a serious reader or an armchair adventurer this book club is a lot of fun. They meet on the third Wednesday of the month.

Game Night (or Afternoon)
Enjoy an evening or afternoon with the “girls” – great snacks, fun games and good conversation...and maybe even a little wine!

Fiber Arts
Bring your own project or get one started! Share your talents with the group, or learn more from the masters!

Downhill Ski Club
Get together with some like-minded skiers and enjoy a day on the slopes with friends. This group meets at Bridger Bowl on Friday mornings during the ski season.

Cross-Country Ski Club
Meet other gals interested in some easy cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. This Nordic ski group meets throughout the season and skis or snowshoes on a variety of trails.

Wine Tasting
Meet to taste, judge, and discuss wine. Educational, but mostly fun! This is a great way to enjoy friends and have a good time sipping different wines.

Day Hikes
Connect with like-minded outdoorsy gals and hike local trails for some adventure and good exercise! Camaraderie and good conversation are a bonus! This group meets weather permitting throughout the year.

Firefighter Dinners
Sign up and help provide dinner for your local volunteer firefighters at the Bridger Canyon Rural Fire Department.

Day Trippers
Come with us on a field trip! This group gets together for day trips in and around Montana. Get to know our state better, and join us on our next adventure!

Equestrian Club
“Cowgirl Up” and hit the trails with your horse and some like-minded trail-riding gals. This group is for those that own their own horse and meets seasonally, weather permitting.

Mom’s Club
Have kids? Get together, have some fun and connect with other moms in the canyon!
