Bridger Canyon Volunteer Fire Department

Established in 1978, the BCFD has been providing services for the residents and businesses of Bridger Canyon and Brackett Creek. Our primary station is located at MM8 on Bridger Canyon Road. The BCFD district includes over 650 homes as well as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Fish Technology Center, Crosscut Mountain Sports Center and Bridger Bowl Ski Resort. Our Volunteers are committed to providing the best service with true professionalism.

Bridger Canyon Property Owners’ Association

Mission Statement: The purpose of this corporation shall be to do everything in its power to preserve the rural character and the natural beauty and resources of Bridger Canyon and the State of Montana; to use its best efforts in guiding and directing orderly growth and development; to maintain, through organization, a definite influence in all matters which may affect residents or property rights and enjoyment thereof by its members; and to hold regular meetings for open discussions of problems of mutual interest and concern to those land owners.

Bridger Canyon Historic Preservation Association

Mission: To preserve and restore the historic Lower Bridger Schoolhouse at the corner of Kelly Canyon Road and Bridger Canyon Road. Dues are $10 per year and donations are always welcome. Your membership provides operating and maintenance monies to keep the little schoolhouse going.
